Yes - absolutely. All the products you see here on this website are made by the Bristol Blue Glass company who are based in Bristol. They have been making stunning glassware and jewellery for over 30 years and are world-renowned. These are not "run-of-the-mill" mass-produced items; moulds are not used to churn out hundreds of products at a time. All the glassware is physically "blown". It takes a lot of skill and patience to produce very high quality products such as these and the Bristol Blue Glass glassblowers have these qualities in abundance.
We will confirm your purchase by email to the address you give us with your order. The product you have ordered will then be made and we will confirm as soon as it is ready to be shipped. Check our Shipping page for lead times.

Also, you may notice in the browser address bar the small "padlock" icon next to an "https" version of the website. Great care is taken when packaging and sending fragile items and these products have been shipped to customers worldwide for over 25 years. Your purchase will be very well wrapped by expert packers so that it arrives at your door in the same perfect condition as it leaves the factory floor.
With the exception of jewellery, all orders are sent to customers using a tracked courier service. We will provide you with the courier tracking information at the time of dispatch.
Yes - in the top left hand corner of this website there is a dropdown box marked with "GBP". If you click on this arrow you can convert all of the costs to either US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars. If there is a specific currency you would like us to add then please let us know. Please note that when you check out the cost will be converted into the base currency, which is GBP.

Yes, we offer a no quibble 30-day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you notify us within 30 days that you will be returning it and then send it back to us straight away.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or otherwise defective in some way (instances such as this are very rare and are out of our control but the occasional problem can sometimes occur) then please get in touch with us as soon as you can (preferably within 30 days of receipt of the item). Depending on where you live and if it is a large item we will arrange for a courier to collect it from you, otherwise we will reimburse you the postage cost once you send it back to us. As soon as we receive the returned item we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund, whichever you prefer.
